One of Southeast Asia’s liveliest
cities, Ho Chi Minh City, formerly
known as Saigon, is Vietnam’s
largest metropolis and its economic
heartbeat. This morning, we take an
excursion to the famed Cu Chi
Tunnels. Built by the Vietcong
during the war, the tunnels were
part of an underground network that
provided a stronghold close to the
city. After exploring part of the
tunnels, which took decades to dig,
enjoy the remainder of the day free
at leisure. Overnight at your
Hotel.(B/D)
